The area known as Coco Plum Beach is located at Mile Marker 54.5 on the ocean side of Marathon. The Coco Plum area includes single family homes, tropical vacation rentals, live aboard marina, townhomes and condos. Coco Plum Beach overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is known for its deep, wide canals and immediate ocean access. The City maintained beach is dog-friendly, so bring your four-legged friends. The public beach area includes nature trails, dolphin, turtle and manatee habitats. It is also a popular spot for fishing off the beach in the shallows for bonefish.
